I led the end-to-end content and design execution of Informatica’s GenAI Information Hub using HTML in collaboration with multiple directors, and presented it to executive leadership and the entire Products organization to drive company-wide AI adoption through research-backed tools, user-focused design, and strategic enablement.
Overview
As part of Informatica’s GenAI Productivity Initiatives, I collaborated and presented with senior director leadership and cross-functional directors to create the GenAI Information Hub, a centralized resource designed to help employees adopt and integrate generative AI effectively. I led the end-to-end development, including research, content strategy, UX design, and implementation. The hub consolidates essential GenAI tools, processes, and knowledge in one accessible location and features custom GPT personas tailored for specific teams.
Here is a snippet of the final design after multiple iterations:
The Problem
Informatica employees across the organization struggled to find clear and consistent information related to generative AI within the Products division and the company as a whole.
Challenges included confusion about:
Where to access approved GenAI tools and platforms
How to navigate legal and procurement processes for AI tools
Staying informed on the latest AI knowledge, productivity initiatives, and leadership efforts
Information was scattered and leaked inconsistently from the top down, making it difficult for teams to fully leverage AI resources in their workflows.
The Solution
I designed and implemented the GenAI Information Hub, a user-friendly website structured around key content areas employees needed:
Centralized access to approved GenAI tools and platforms
Clear guidance on procurement and legal protocols for responsible AI use
Curated tech talks and enablement sessions to foster continuous learning
Innovative, custom GPT personas tailored to support specific team workflows (As a unique innovation, I developed role-specific GPT chatbots (“personas”) to empower teams to efficiently incorporate AI into daily tasks.)
The hub’s clean UX and purposeful content strategy were informed by user research, including interviews and usage studies, ensuring it met the real needs of employees across Product, Engineering, and Documentation teams.
The Outcome
The GenAI Information Hub has become a trusted, go-to internal resource that significantly improved Informatica’s AI literacy and productivity. Key results include:
Increased employee awareness of GenAI initiatives, knowledge updates, and procurement guidelines
Consistent, repeat engagement with the hub across diverse teams
Positive reception and broader company-wide exposure through a tech talk presentation I led, extending AI enablement beyond the Products organization
The hub continues to support confident AI adoption, enabling employees to innovate and work more efficiently in the evolving AI landscape.

I presented what we initially believed was the final design to the Products organization before making further iterations (which you can see above). Below, you can see how my presentation, email notifications, and word of mouth drove exponential growth in site views and analytics. We are now conducting surveys to understand the user experience and gather additional requirements.
